You may return any goods to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you the cost of the items (less the delivery charge) provided they are returned to us in their orginial saleable condition.

They must be complete, unused and in their orginial packaging and be 'AS NEW'

If you wish to return goods email us at info@decorhom.co.uk please include the invoice number, description and title of goods, price and quantity; so we can deal with your returns promptly.

You will be responsible for the return of unwanted goods at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior notification and a returns authorisation number.

Goods sent back without prior authorisation or goods received back NOT in a RE-SELLABLE condition shall not be accepted and will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.

If the goods you received were faulty, damaged, or not as ordered by you we will exchange the goods or issue refund including delivery charge when we receive the goods back. We will arrange to have the goods returned at our expense.
